Isaac Gelman

I'm Isaac I grew up in San Diego and moved to Los Angeles to study at USC. I'm a graduate student studying machine learning and mathematics.

I work on early stage machine learning and data analytics products for consumer-facing technology. In 2021, I'll be returning to computer vision startup Dragonfruit AI as a technical product management intern (previously software engineer).

I'm interested in applied probability theory, algorithms, and complex systems. This leads me to courses like mathematical finance (stochastic calculus), dynamic modeling of random processes, and information theory. I've also enjoyed courses on Tolstoy's literature, intellectual property, and molecular biology.

I started this website in December 2020 to learn how to build a website and to share writings, linked below.
